If you have a Globetrekkers policy (it says Globetrekkers on your certificate of insurance, and your policy number will be begin GT):

For any enquiry relating to an existing policy and any amendments to existing policies call 1300 850 840.

If you are currently on holiday and require the help of our 24 hour Emergency Assistance call +800 7997 9000 - Please dial the international access code before this number (eg what you would dial before the 61 if you were ringing back to Australia)
